Mystery Quest with Shelley MacDonald

Notes:

This month’s Crafter Clinic had a new twist! Some pre-work!

Your first mission in Shelley’s Mystery Craft Quest awaits: grab your cutting tools and prepare to slice and dice your paper like a crafting champion!

Don’t forget—every great adventure starts with the perfect prep!

Clue to Create Required Supplies:

Cardstock and Patterned Papers – cut to the following sizes:

- 3 solid colour cardstock cut into 8.5" square.
You choose - they can be all different colours, or 2 of one colour and 1 of a different colour.

- 12 Non-directional patterned cardstock cut in 4" squares. They can be different coordinating colours or in the following layout ..
• 4 squares in 1st pattern
• 2 squares in 2nd pattern
• 2 squares in 3rd pattern
• 2 squares in 4th pattern
•2 squares in 5th pattern

Do you have extras after cutting the squares? Keep them as they may be used.

Other required supplies:
• 12" of ribbon
• Double sided tape and/or liquid glue of your choice
• Bone folder
• Trimmer
• Scissors

Optional:
• 8 - 3x3" squares in a colour that coordinates with the rest of the papers but stands out a little against the patterned cardstock (think black, dark brown, etc)
• 8 - 2 13/16 x 2 13/16" white paper squares
• Magnetic dots or velcro dots

Gather those cut paper pieces and supplies, and get ready to start Shelley’s Mystery Craft Quest!
